Job description

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Travel Client Services Coordinator to help clients research, plan, and coordinate their travel arrangements. This remote role is ideal for someone who enjoys travel, customer service, organization, and helping others create memorable experiences.

Previous travel industry experience is not required. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

* Assist clients with researching and coordinating vacation options based on their preferences and budget

* Help arrange accommodations, cruises, vacation packages, transportation, and other travel services

* Communicate with clients throughout the planning and booking process

* Research destinations, resorts, cruise options, and available travel experiences

* Provide helpful recommendations based on individual client needs

* Maintain accurate reservation and client information

* Communicate with travel suppliers when necessary

* Stay informed about destinations, supplier offerings, promotions, and travel updates

* Provide professional and responsive client service before and after reservations are made

* Complete applicable travel and supplier training

Qualifications
