About the Role

Louie G’s Roast Beef is looking for a dependable Line Cook who can handle a fast-paced kitchen, prepare our signature menu items, and maintain a clean, organized workstation — including washing their own dishes and keeping their station spotless. This role offers consistent daytime and early evening hours with no late-night shifts.


Responsibilities


  • Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation throughout the shift
  • Wash all dishes, utensils, pans, and equipment used at your station
  • Assist with prep work, portioning, and stocking the line
  • Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Work efficiently during peak hours
  • Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service


Requirements


  • Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred
