About KPI Solutions
KPI Solutions is a national supply chain consulting and warehouse automation systems integrator helping some of the biggest names in e-commerce, retail, and distribution move product faster and smarter. From initial design through go-live, we deliver end-to-end automation solutions - robotics, conveyor and sortation systems, warehouse software, and everything in between - that transform how our clients' distribution centers operate. With a team of engineers, consultants, and project professionals across the country, we're growing fast and building the future of fulfillment.
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Project Manager to own the delivery of our most important client projects. You'll typically manage 3-5 active warehouse automation projects at a time, guiding each one through its full lifecycle - from kickoff and planning through execution, go-live, and closeout.
This is a highly visible, client-facing role. You'll be the point person who keeps internal teams, vendors, and customers aligned, and the one who makes sure projects land on time, on budget, and in scope - with a happy customer at the end.
What You'll Do
  • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to hit project milestones, protect budgets, and safely deliver on every commitment
  • Build detailed project plans and schedules, then track progress and keep everyone accountable
  • Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost with rigor and transparency
  • Identify risks early and put mitigation plans in place before they become problems
  • Build strong, trusted relationships with customers and vendor partners - from the warehouse floor to the executive suite
  • Track project performance against short- and long-term goals and adjust as needed
  • Own project financials, meeting budget targets and making smart trade-offs when constraints arise
  • Hold the bar high - ensuring the project experience and final results exceed expectations for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Surface and resolve issues quickly, escalating to senior leadership when needed

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (PMP certification is a plus)
  • 7+ years of successful project management and progressive leadership experience in large, multi-site environments - ideally in e-commerce/retail distribution and fulfillment, software, automation, or logistics
  • Composure under pressure - you stay professional and focused on project goals even in high-stakes, high-stress situations
  • Ability to read and understand automated system design drawings and layouts
  • A customer-first mindset with the ability to build trust and credibility at every level, including with executives
  • A self-starter attitude - action-oriented, decisive, and solutions-focused with positive energy
  • Strong business acumen and financial, organizational, and project management skills
  • High ethical and professional standards
  • Excellent communication skills, both client-facing and internal, written and verbal
  • Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project
  • Travel to KPI Centers of Excellence, corporate offices, and client project sites as needed - (Estimate 25%-50%).

This position has no direct reports however will manage 3rd party suppliers/vendors and employees working on their assigned projects, both onsite and remote. Will guide/direct site supervisors/leads and collaborate with fellow project and program managers.
