What You Will Do

As a Project Manager within our Building Solutions North America division, you will lead intricate construction projects primarily in data centers across the United States. This role is remote but involves travel to customer sites as required. You will oversee project execution, ensuring completion to high standards of accuracy, timeliness, and within budget.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and managing project schedules to align with strategic planswhile ensuring project objectives are met efficiently and effectively.

  • Evaluating project scopes and adapting to changes or additional work through change ordersto maintain alignment with customer needs and expectations.

  • Ensuring financial accuracy and profitability through diligent management of project costs, billing, and collections.

  • Maintaining compliance with safety standards and legal requirementsto uphold a safe and ethical work environment.

  • Collaborating with teams to allocate resources effectively and monitor project progressencouraging innovation and fostering collaborative success.

What We Look For
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or Architecture, or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum eight years of project management experience in building construction, preferably in data centers.

  • Proficiency in financial accounting and project management tools including MS Project and Visio.

  • Strong communication skills to convey technical information effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Commitment to obtaining relevant certifications, such as PMI/PMP, within two years of employment.

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% depending on project demand.
