Their duties often include managing bookkeeping, payroll, budgets, financial statements, and sometimes working with external auditors. Remote Controllers use cloud-based accounting systems and communication tools to collaborate with legal staff and partners. You will represent clients in immigration proceedings, maintain regular communication with clients, and collaborate closely with our national legal team.

  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients.
  • Manage a high-volume caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines.
  • Prepare legal filings, motions, and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accurate and organized electronic case files.
  • Collaborate remotely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff.

Qualifications

  • Experience handling family-based immigration matters.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish required.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and standard remote office technology.
  • Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.

What We Offer

  • Remote work flexibility.
  • Competitive contract compensation.
  • Opportunity to work with a growing national immigration practice.
  • Collaborative and supportive legal team.
  • Professional growth and long-term opportunities.

If you are a dedicated immigration attorney with EOIR courtroom experience who is looking for a flexible remote opportunity with a growing national law firm, we would welcome the opportunity to hear from you.
