We are looking for a Control Panel Technical Support Specialist to support our family of brands. This role can work out of either our Largo, FL or Ashland, OH location, or may have the option to be remote.

The job:

As our Control Panel Technical Support Specialist, you will work directly with customers to troubleshoot, research, and diagnose solutions to technical issues over the phone, or via email for our electrical control panels that that help control and monitor one of the world’s most valuable and limited resources– Water! Every day, your primary role will be to assist customers with their technical questions, and serve as a service contact for control floats, alarms, and our standard catalog control panels. You will maintain customer contact and case records using incident tracking software and generating reports as requested. You will also distribute documentation to customers as needed and collaborate with a variety of functional areas such as sales, engineering, marketing, manufacturing, and operations.

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of product offerings
  • Ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Comfort using computers and software to perform job tasks and configure control panels
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience with component testing, electrical troubleshooting, and signal tracing
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD Electrical (preferred/beneficial)
