We are seeking a Part-Time Technical Recruiter to provide temporary support for approximately 90 days, focusing on the manufacturing industry. This role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting the offer process. The recruiter will work closely with department managers and the HR Manager to meet hiring needs and ensure compliance with employment laws, all within a fully remote, contract-based setting.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement all phases of the recruitment process
  • Partner with department managers to identify hiring needs and create job descriptions
  • Create and manage job postings across recruiting platforms
  • Source, review, and screen applicants to identify qualified candidates
  • Maintain an active pipeline of qualified technical and professional candidates
  • Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders
  • Assist with interview preparation and conduct interviews as needed
  • Collaborate on the offer process, including salary and start date recommendations
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular recruiting updates
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies
