Job Title: Technical Recruiter (Cleared Talent) – 1099 Contract
Location: 100% Remote
Compensation: $20-25/hour (1099)

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support our growing client base by identifying and placing cleared talent across a variety of technical roles. This is a fully remote, contract (1099) opportunity ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently and thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source, engage, and recruit candidates with active security clearances (Secret, TS/SCI, TS/SCI with Poly)
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to understand client requirements and hiring priorities
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer stage
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of cleared technical professionals
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, clearance-focused job boards, and internal databases
  • Conduct candidate screenings and assess technical qualifications and clearance status
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience recruiting candidates with active U.S. security clearances
  • Strong understanding of cleared recruiting processes and compliance considerations
  • Experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data engineers, systems engineers, etc.)
