Job Description:

Baptist Health is looking for a RN Nurse Call Center PRN to join our team! This is a remote work position that requires residency in KY or IN.

PRN; 8 hours per shift; 8:00am - 4:30pm EST

The RN (Nurse Call Center) is responsible for providing professional nursing care through telephonicinterventions focused on the patient and caregiver as a whole. This role emphasizes healing and wellness bymanaging patient needs through transitional management. The RN demonstrates a commitment to Baptist Health's quality standards,organizational values, and safety protocols.


Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in Nursing (BSN preferred).

  • Five years of experience.

  • Case management, clinical care or home care experience preferred.
