Job Title: Veeva Safety Consultant
Location: Remote (EST Hours - USA)
Long Term Contract
 

Job Description:  We are seeking a skilled Veeva Safety Consultant with expertise in Veeva Safety solutions. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Veeva Safety applications. Certification in any Veeva product is must. This is a fully remote contract position with a leading life sciences organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement Veeva Vault Safety solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Veeva Vault Safety applications.
  • Perform system validation, testing, and documentation as per regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, QA, and Compliance, to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Conduct user training and support go-live activities.
  • Stay updated with the latest Veeva Safety features and best practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Veeva Certification (any Veeva product) is MUST.
  • Strong experience with Veeva Vault Safety or other Veeva Safety applications.
  • Hands-on experience in configuration, implementation, and support of Veeva Safety solutions.
  • Knowledge of pharmacovigilance, drug safety, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience working with life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or biotech companies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Veeva Vault QMS, RIM, or eTMF.
  • Familiarity with GxP compliance and validation processes.
