Type: Temporary Project.
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extensions
Work Setting: remote.

Required:
  • Experience with Contract administration and management of prime contract obligations.
  • Experience with Reviewing, interpreting, and flowing down contract clauses including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) obligations.
  • Experience with Preparation, pricing, and negotiation of contract modifications, change orders, and equitable adjustments (EAs).
  • Experience with Maintaining Contract Deliverables Requirements Matrix (CDRM) and related documentation.
  • Experience with Administering Request for Information (RFI), submittal, and correspondence logs.

Responsibilities:
    • Administer and manage all prime contract obligations under Federal Hub contracts, ensuring the Client's performance aligns with contractual requirements, milestones, and deliverables.
    • Coordinate with the internal Federal Hubs Program Office (FPO) and relevant stakeholders on contract performance reporting, schedule submittals, and required certifications.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between the project team and Federal Hub Owner's Representative (OR) for all contract-related correspondence and formal communications to ensure all deliverables are complete and timely submitted.
    • Maintain a contract deliverables requirements matrix (CDRM) and ensure timely submission of all required reports, plans, and documentation.
    • Review, interpret, and flow down applicable Federal Hub contract clauses to the project team, including EPC obligations, equipment supplier requirements, and service provider responsibilities.
    • Track and administer Request for Information (RFI), submittal, and correspondence logs to maintain a defensible contemporaneous record of project decisions and commitments.
    • Lead the identification, preparation, pricing, and negotiation of contract modifications, change orders, and equitable adjustments (EAs) in coordination with project controls and legal.
