We are looking for a Contract TA Sourcing Specialist with at least 2 years of candidate identification and engagement (recruiting/sourcing) experience in the technical or operations domain. This position is fast-paced, and you will be joining a fun and cohesive team. In this role, you will provide the highest level of talent acquisition services for the Aerospace & Mission Systems Segment. You will have the opportunity to advance the BAE Systems brand across numerous markets and professional communities and influence the sourcing strategy while working directly with recruiters, hiring leaders, and candidates. You'll combine research, technology, creativity, data, and relationship-building to build strategic pipelines and directly influence our hiring outcomes. This position will be full-time remote, but candidates must be open to traveling to BAE Systems facilities if needed.

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Utilize traditional and non-traditional resources to proactively identify and engage qualified candidates through job boards, talent databases, referrals, events, social platforms, and other sourcing channels.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs and trends.

  • Maintain accurate records and tracking of sourced candidates and metrics within recruiting platforms.

  • Partner with recruiters and business leaders to provide strategic guidance, translating talent market intelligence and competitor benchmarking into actionable sourcing strategies and data-driven recommendations on the current talent landscape.

  • Implement and fine-tune new and existing sourcing processes that contribute to BAE Systems' mission to deliver the highest quality results to our stakeholders.

  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements, calibrate profiles, and adjust sourcing strategies.

  • Screen and qualify candidates, assessing skills, experience, motivation, and overall alignment while positioning the organization and opportunity.

  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with our recruitment partners and BAE Systems leaders that yields success, predictable results, and credibility.

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art sourcing and recruiting practices.



Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • 2+ years of experience in candidate identification and engagement (recruiting/sourcing) in the technical or operations domain.

  • Familiarity with leveraging sourcing technologies (CRM, Job Boards, Talent Intelligence Platforms) and AI to improve efficiency and identify talent.

  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.



Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree with 4+ years of candidate identification and engagement (recruiting/sourcing).

  • Experience in managing and prioritizing multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

  • Experience working in the defense, aerospace, or technology industry.


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67406 - $114590
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
Temporary employees generally are not eligible for BAE Systems benefits, but can elect to participate in the 401(k) savings plan. Temporary employees working 20+ hours per week are eligible for medical benefits, the employee assistance program, and business travel accident insurance.
