• Conduct thorough assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, incorporating evidence-based methods.
• Timely documentation of all counseling sessions and treatment outcomes in compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to facilitate the assessment process, working closely with our clinical team to ensure optimal care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and execute effective positive behavior support plans that enhance patient outcomes.
• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to uphold the highest standards of care and compliance.
• Serve as a liaison between our clients and local service systems, state agencies, and community partners to facilitate comprehensive support.
• Maintain open lines of communication with stakeholders to uphold contract standards while furthering our mission within the community.
• Identify and establish relationships with various agencies to promote our programs and seek funding opportunities that expand services offered.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through conferences, training, and by representing the agency at various meetings and forums.
• Embody and promote the agency's mission and values in daily practices and interactions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to team objectives and patient care enhancement.

• Prior experience in an outpatient counseling setting is highly desirable, as it equips candidates with key insights into client management and engagement.
• Experience utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities and participating in interdisciplinary team collaborations is preferred.
