Job Summary
Must Have Skills
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development, with strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Triggers, and Flows.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, products, and capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Omnistudio and Health Cloud Experience with OmniStudio tools and building industry-specific solutions.
• Proven experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and implementing APIs.
• Familiarity with version control tools, preferably Flosum, and automated deployment tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions and applications within the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce.
• Create and manage complex workflows and process automation using Salesforce Flow and process builder.
• Develop and maintain triggers, batch jobs, and other processes for data management and integration.
• Utilize Salesforce's OmniStudio tools such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors for crafting tailored user solutions.
• Manage data integration and ETL processes between Salesforce and external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and optimize Salesforce implementations for performance.
• Implement best practices for Salesforce development, deployment, and integration processes.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to Salesforce customizations and integrations.
