Senior Project Manager opportunity focused on a large-scale PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA) and Mass Compensation initiative.
This fully remote contract opportunity is with an enterprise organization undertaking a large-scale PeopleSoft Workforce Administration (WFA) and Mass Compensation initiative. The Senior Project Manager will lead complex PeopleSoft HCM projects, partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, technical teams, and executive stakeholders to deliver critical workforce administration and compensation-related enhancements.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a highly visible enterprise initiative with significant executive exposure and long-term impact. The role offers the chance to lead large-scale PeopleSoft HCM transformations, drive strategic workforce administration improvements, and influence compensation processes across a complex organization. Strong performers may have the opportunity for contract extensions as the program evolves and additional initiatives emerge


We're specifically looking for:

  • 8+ years of Project Management experience
