Job Summary:
Capgemini US LLC is looking for a Java Manager to oversee onsite operations in San Francisco, CA. The role involves managing a team, coordinating between onshore and offshore teams, and ensuring effective customer expectation management while having a thorough understanding of the SDLC and QA processes.
Responsibilities:
• onshore-offshore coordination
• Role: Onsite Manager
• BTO: As per guidelines - 3 Days a week at present
Qualifications:
Required:
• Total 10 years of Experience in Java based Application Development and Maintenance
• Self starter, Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills, Customer Expectation Management
• Proven experience as Onsite Manager and should have worked with Offshore Team
• Team Player and able to connect with stakeholders within LC, CG Offshore and Team in Mexico
• Thorough understanding of SDLC and QA Process, Metrics and Project Planning Methodologies
• As and when needed should be able to understand complex codebases, able to apply software and systems engineering principles
• Should have understanding in Java Technology stack, Microservices based Architecture, Springboot, Hibernate, JPA, Jenkin, Junit and Mockito, AWS and AWS ecosystem of S3 Bucket, EC2 instances
Preferred:
• Grade: C2 (preferred) / D1
