We are looking for a full-time ERP Functional Analyst to support and optimize our enterprise business applications across our manufacturing network. In this role, you will partner with business leaders, manufacturing teams, and IT stakeholders to improve processes, enhance system capabilities, and deliver technology solutions that drive operational excellence across the organization.

This is a remote opportunity.

What You'll Do:

  • Partner with manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, procurement, warehouse, and sales teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop current-state and future-state process maps, workflows, and business requirements documentation to support system enhancements and transformation initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to gather, validate, and document functional and business requirements.
  • Evaluate business needs and recommend practical ERP solutions through system configuration, process improvements, integrations, or new functionality.
  • Serve as a functional expert for assigned ERP modules and manufacturing-related business processes.
  • Develop test scenarios, coordinate system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and support users through implementation activities.
  • Work closely with technical teams, developers, consultants, and software vendors to define and deliver effective business solutions.
    Continuous Improvement: Identify system limitations, process inefficiencies, and opportunities for automation, standardization, and operational excellence.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Analyst, ERP Analyst, Functional Consultant, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Hands-on experience supporting ERP systems within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience gathering business requirements and translating them into functional specifications and system requirements.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes, including production planning, inventory management, procurement, warehousing, quality, and order management.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strong analytical thinking and a practical approach to evaluating and solving complex business and system challenges.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Assets:

  • Experience supporting ERP systems in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments.
  • Knowledge of ERP configuration, integrations, and business process optimization.
  • Experience developing functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Familiarity with system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Experience working with ERP vendors, implementation partners, developers, and business stakeholders.
  • Manufacturing, packaging, or process-industry experience preferred.
  • Exposure to continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
