Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients' needs and create individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), effectively tailoring approaches to meet diverse client needs.
• Maintain accurate clinical records, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and insurance standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment efficacy.
• Participate actively in case consultations and peer review meetings, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, focusing on empowering them with knowledge and resources for better outcomes.
• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatments, incorporating new methodologies into your practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will engage with a diverse population, providing care to individuals facing various mental health challenges. This may include anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Your compassionate approach will be essential in helping clients set and achieve personal treatment goals, enhancing their overall well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited educational institution.
• A valid LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license to practice in Georgia.
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience specializing in psychotherapy.
• Strong foundation in solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based interventions.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• A collaborative spirit, eager to work with colleagues to enhance patient care.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with telehealth practices is highly desirable, particularly with software platforms used for remote therapy.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic areas (e.g., trauma-informed care, substance use treatment) are advantageous.
• Proficiency in assessing and treating adolescents and families is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits
