  • Collaborate with executive leadership, including the SVP of Cancer & Imaging Services, to drive strategic initiatives

  • Oversee and optimize an advanced clinical imaging data infrastructure to support outcomes, research, and performance improvement

  • Champion resource stewardship, ensuring effective utilization of imaging services across the system

  • Partner with administrative leaders on capital planning and operating budgets

  • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and belonging across multidisciplinary teams

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in physician leadership, department management, and strategic execution

  • Experience leading within complex health systems or academic environments

  • A leader who balances data-driven decision-making with people-centered leadership

Benefits

  • 8 weeks PTO

  • CME allowance

  • Comprehensive benefits: health, dental, vision, 403b/457b/Defined Contribution retirement plans.

  • Paid malpractice insurance w/ tail coverage

  • 12 weeks paid parental leave.

Why ChristianaCare

At ChristianaCare, you'll join a nationally recognized health system grounded in service, excellence, and love. We're committed to a culture of connection and belonging, where leaders are empowered to innovate and drive meaningful change.

This is more than a leadership role; it's a platform to:

  • Shape the future of imaging and diagnostics

  • Influence system-wide clinical strategy

  • Mentor and develop the next generation of physicians

  • Leave a lasting legacy in a community that values your impact
