The Opportunity:
Your combination of people skills and technical expertise makes you the team hero, solving one problem after another. As a database administrator who will serve as the lead content manager for a SharePoint-based knowledge management tool, you know how to manage and secure database technology. At Booz Allen, you can use those skills to improve the database technology supporting the United States Army.
On our team, you'll administer user access, configuring metadata, auditing permissions, and ensuring compliance with retention schedules. You'll support platform stability, secure content management, and integration with enterprise systems to enable efficient collaboration and informed decision-making across the CBRN defense enterprise. You'll provide your client with peace of mind as you implement policies and procedures to ensure the security and integrity of the database. You'll use technology and tools like SharePoint to identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical database.
In this role, you'll closely impact the U.S. Army by developing, maintaining, and evolving knowledge management content systems. With your technical expertise, mentoring, and opportunities to learn new tools and skills, we'll focus on growing as a team to make the best solutions for our customers.

You Have:
  • Experience building and maintaining sites and pages on SharePoint
  • Experience incorporating Power BI and automated tools into solutions
  • Experience facilitating meetings and leading working groups as an authoritative voice
  • Knowledge of knowledge management systems tools and best practices
  • Ability to help others troubleshoot issues with SharePoint development and content management
  • Ability to work with stakeholders to transform their technological requirements into solutions

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
