Job Description:

The Onboarding Sr Associate plays a key role in the Development & Performance team at Crowe by creating a seamless and impactful onboarding experience for new employees. This role advances both established onboarding programs and evolving growth initiatives. This individual continuously enhances onboarding processes, delivers exceptional live experiences, and contributes to scalable onboarding solutions that support evolving business needs.

This individual will provide new employees:

  • A best-in-class onboarding journey

  • An introduction to firm culture, purpose, values, and organizational structure

  • Timely access to communication, resources, and firm technology/systems

  • Tailored experiences designed to meet the unique needs of diverse hire types and onboarding scenarios.

Key Onboarding Job Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate engaging and impactful firmwide virtual onboarding for new hires every week

  • Design, coordinate, and deliver onboarding experiences for diverse hire types, including unique organizational integration initiatives

  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to improve onboarding processes, enhancing consistency, scalability, and the new hire experience.

  • Exercise sound judgment to resolve onboarding issues, anticipate needs, and elevate complex matters as appropriate

  • Maintain and enhance onboarding resources and collateral to ensure accuracy, relevance, and consistency

  • Coordinate onboarding communications to deliver a seamless new hire experience

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for onboarding inquiries, providing guidance, resolving issues, and escalating complex matters as needed

  • Develop and distribute the New Hire Newsletter to engage and inform new employees

  • Manage the onboarding welcome program, including vendor coordination and billing

  • Develop a thorough knowledge of Crowe's core business operations and communicate these key points clearly and effectively to new hires

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience in a professional services firm preferred

  • Professionalism: requires diplomacy, confidentiality, and confidence in dealing with sensitive information

  • Ability to facilitate complex content with confidence while maintaining a high level of energy, engagement, and professionalism

  • Highly effective and polished verbal and written communication skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships and partner effectively with stakeholders

  • Project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, meet critical deadlines, work both collaboratively and independently, and deliver with accuracy and quality

  • Experienced and skilled in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Teams, SharePoint and Excel, with ability to learn and easily adapt to new technology

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail

  • Strong organizational, time management and logical thinking skills

At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $67,700.00 - $133,900.00 per year.
