Position Summary:The Manager, Content Marketing is responsible for creating a content strategy and calendar of high-quality, search-optimized educational content that supports ICPs navigate retail requirements and supply chain operations. This role sits within the content marketing team and contributes to SupplierWiki's mission of translating complex retail rules, processes, and product insights into clear, actionable resources for suppliers.
This role requires a people manager who can balance accessible, technical writing with operational goals. This role requires the ability to translate complex topics into engaging educational content while also thinking strategically about how content performs across channels. To take SupplierWiki's content strategy forward, this role will also play a key part in experimenting with new content formats and collaborating closely with designers, SEO strategists, and campaign teams to expand the reach and impact of our content.What You'll Do:

Content Creation & Editorial Execution

  • Can coach best practices in researching, writing, and editinglong-form educational content

  • Translate complex retail and supply chain topics into clear, useful, and engaging content for supplier audiences

  • ApplySupplierWiki'swriting standards and style guide to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy

  • Maintain and update existing content to ensure itremainsrelevant andaccurate

SEO & Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)

  • Write and structure contentoptimizedfor organic search and AI-driven answer engines

  • Collaborate with SEO strategists to incorporate keyword research, search intent, and SERP insights into content

  • Use performance data to refine content structure, formatting, and topic coverage

Content Innovation & Format Expansion

  • Partner with designers to developnew contentformats beyond traditional articles, such as:

Where You'll Work:

This role is a hybrid position, based out of our Rogers, AR office, and required to be onsite about 2-3x a week. Our team #SucceedsTogether through collaboration in-office with flexibility to work remotely.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

  • 2-5 years relevant experience with demonstrated leadership experience (formal or informal)

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, editorial, or SEO-focused writing

  • Strong writing, editing, and research skills

  • Experience creating long-form educational or instructional content

  • Familiarity with EO principles and content optimization best practices

  • Experience working with cross-functional marketing teams

  • Experience collaborating with designers to create visual or multimedia content

  • Familiarity with AI search, answer engines, or evolving search formats

  • Experience using SEO tools such as SEMrush,Ahrefs, or similar platforms

The salary range for this role considers several factors, including education, relevant skills, work history, certifications, location, and more.

The annual salary range for this role is:$94,800- $131,700.The actual salary offered will bedeterminedbased on the factors listed above and may fall anywhere within the range.

Additionally, you may also be eligible toparticipatein an annual incentive program. An incentive award, if granted, is based on individual and/or organizational performance.
