Technical Setup: Access to a reliable, high-performance editing software setup and high-speed internet for quick file delivery.

Reliability: Strong communication skills, ability to take constructive feedback, and commitment to hitting quick turnaround deadlines.

Preferred Skills
Basic motion graphics and caption styling experience.

Knowledge of trending audio, memes, and cultural references across major video platforms.

Compensation & Working Details
Deliverable Rate: $10.00 per completed and approved 1-minute video.

Flexibility: 100% remote with flexible hours based on video assignment volume and production deadlines.
