Job description

Location: Remote (United States)
Work Model: Remote
Industry: AI infrastructure / developer tools
Compensation: Competitive, set by experience level
About the Company
Our partner builds testing and observability infrastructure for conversational AI agents. The company is past $2M in revenue and growing quickly, has onboarded more than 150 conversational-AI companies, and counts several Fortune 500 enterprises among its customers. The team is roughly fifteen people and operates with unusually high individual ownership.
The Opportunity
This is a content and social role for someone who wants to run the whole thing. You will build the company's public voice from the ground up through short-form and video content, podcasts and interviews, launch moments, event presence, and creative campaigns.
You will work directly with the founder, with wide latitude to experiment. Ideas are judged on whether they land, not on whether they came through a process.
Responsibilities
  • Own social and content end to end: ideation, production, publishing, and iteration.
  • Produce video, podcasts, and interviews featuring the team, customers, and wider AI community.
  • Create launch and campaign moments designed to travel on their own.
  • Represent the company at startup and developer events.
  • Measure what works and reinvest attention into formats that compound.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to create content that has found a real audience.
  • Comfort producing on camera and behind it, at startup speed.
  • Ideas that are specific and testable rather than generic brand plays.
  • Willingness to work onsite full-time in San Francisco.
  • Technical fluency is a strong plus.
