Lennar is looking for a Growth Specialist for Paid Search to join our Acquisition Team and help manage pay-per-click goals across Lennar divisions nationally. The Growth Specialist will help manage the pay-per-click campaigns for Lennar across all major search engines and serve as the point of contact for our internal clients. The Growth Specialist will analyze paid search performance and optimize campaigns via keywords, Display/Discovery, landing pages, and drive results that exceed our KPIs. Your Responsibilities on the Team
The Digital Media Specialist, Emerging Channels will be the catalyst to drive efficiency within Lennar's emerging channels which include, Zillow, BDX, Realtor.com, programmatic display, direct mail and other emerging or relevant ad platforms that fit our growth & acquisition strategy. You will own keeping the team on task, various notes and next steps, and end-to-end follow ups with divisions as needed. You will help divisions around the country-leading advertising follow ups such as landing page development, ad changes, and consumer engagement. You will support best practices and operational needs as applicable. You will also be thoughtful about how to help the team navigate growth as it expands and evolves over time.
- Curate an operational strategy that supports growth of customer acquisition within the emerging channel space; check and adjust the strategy over time as business needs evolve.
- Stand up new processes to improve marketing operations such as division task trackers, content approvals, ad ops changes and more.
- Own request intake from divisions and necessary follow ups for things such as landing page or ad requests and updates.
- Be creative & ideate strategic workflows for Zillow, BDX, realtor.com, programmatic display, direct mail, OTT and other emerging social platforms.
- Collaborate closely with growth team members to support workflow efficiencies across their social media tasks; evolve these processes over time as channel needs change.
- Support analyzing or reporting on campaign results using Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Tableau • Present strategic findings in easy-to-understand ways via PowerPoint Focus on the "why it matters" to help drive improvements in KPIs over time
- Support A/B tests, analyze results, and recommend strategic next steps to work toward continuous improvement of our organic presence
- Manage customer engagement with our brand across platforms and manage necessary follow ups with HR, Legal, or Divisions as needed
- Participate in team problem solving and education. How do we approach that new channel? How do we help non-marketers understand a new concept?
Requirements
- 4-year degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent relevant experience required
- 1+ years hands-on experience in digital marketing
- Preferred: Experience in more than one marketing channel Additional Requirements:
- Professionally perform multiple, detail-oriented tasks with simultaneous deadlines
- A strong track record of managing performance based paid search campaigns and exceeding goals for those campaigns
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to listen, communicate professionally in both written and verbal manner
- Ability to multi-task and effectively prioritize based on opportunity and risk
- Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction
