Job description

Content and Field Marketing Manager

Reports To: VP of Marketing

Position Overview

The Content and Field Marketing Manager is responsible for driving targeted awareness through high-impact content, campaigns, and programs. This role sits at the intersection of content creation and field marketingpartnering closely with Product Marketing, BDR, and Sales to create and distribute content that fuels sales outreach and pipeline generation.

This role owns execution across key growth channels including website, social, webinars, events, and outbound support. This marketer understands targeted growth strategies and is excited to use content, proof points, and storytelling to reach the right accounts, not mass audiences. This role has meaningful ownership as an individual contributor, with room to grow across marketing.

What Success Looks Like

  • Content consistently supports sales outreach and pipeline generation
  • Webinars and events drive meaningful engagement with target accounts
  • Case studies and proof points are actively used across channels and by teams
  • Campaigns are targeted, intentional, and measurable
  • Strong collaboration with Product Marketing and Sales teams

Core Responsibilities

Content & Campaign Execution

  • Create and publish content across marketing channels including website, blog, social, email, and campaigns
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing to translate positioning, messaging, and proof points into demand-focused content
  • Repurpose core narratives, launches, and customer stories into channel- appropriate assets

Customer Proof

  • Manage a library of proof points, customer quotes and product stats to centralize and ensure consistency across the organization. Leverage case studies, testimonials, and proof points across campaigns, website content, sales support, and outbound efforts
  • Partner with Customer Success to gain customer approval of data, testimonials and more to help promote public visibility of top tier logos and partnerships.

Webinars & Events

  • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to identify high-impact webinar and event opportunities as well as customer and industry speakers.
  • Own virtual and in-person speaking strategy and execution, including topic development, promotion, speaker identification and prep and follow-up. Includes post-event data recap and learnings, documented and shared.
  • Build a consistent thought leadership cadence, sourcing topics, drafting or ghostwriting content for executives and subject-matter experts and placing where target accounts will see it.

Digital Marketing

  • Execute targeted digital programs focused on specific accounts, segments, or use cases
  • Partner with BDR and New logo reps to support outbound outreach with relevant content, messaging, and campaign assets
  • Create and own targeted outreach strategy that prioritizes relevance and personalization over volume
  • Own LinkedIn as the primary social channel, building a content cadence that drives brand awareness, amplifies customer wins and fills webinars/events.

Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Track performance across content, campaigns, webinars, and events
  • Analyze results to understand what is driving engagement, pipeline, and conversion
  • Use insights to iterate on content, channels, and campaign approaches

Who You Are

  • Scrappy, creative and resourceful. You find ways to make things happen based on what the business needs, not what has been documented or done before.
  • Three steps ahead. You anticipate what Sales and BDRs need before they ask, and you've already handled it.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced startup environment where things move in days, not weeks
  • AI-first, using technology to accelerate output without sacrificing content quality, voice or originality Bias toward action, you'd rather ship, learn and iterate high-quality output than wait for perfect.

Experience Requirements

  • 36 years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, content marketing, or a related role
  • Industry experience marketing to Healthcare, Insurance, or Higher Education executive buyers (bonus, but not required)
  • Experience executing targeted or ABM-style campaigns in a B2B environment
  • Strong content creation skills, including writing, editing, and repurposing content for different channels
  • Experience running webinars, virtual events, or field marketing programs
  • Experience partnering with sales or BDR teams to support outbound efforts
  • Data-driven mindset with experience tracking and optimizing marketing performance
