This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused primarily on litigation management, risk and regulatory compliance, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a practical, collaborative attorney who provides a high level of service, communicates effectively with legal and non-legal stakeholders, and can independently manage priorities within a team environment.

The company is open to candidates currently working as Corporate Counsel, Assistant Corporate Counsel, or in a similar in-house or law firm position. Direct technology, e-commerce, international trade, or sanctions experience is helpful but not required. Strong judgment, initiative, and the ability to learn is more important than industry-specific experience.

  • Active admission and good standing with a U.S. state bar.
  • Experience supporting litigation, dispute resolution, risk management, regulatory compliance.
  • Strong legal research, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage responsibilities independently while working collaboratively with a broader team.
  • Strong customer-service mindset and the ability to build productive relationships across an organization.
  • Practical judgment and the ability to balance legal risk with customer and business needs.
