Job Title: PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant

Location: Seattle, WA/Dallas, TX (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time
Experience: 13–18 Years
Salary: $140,000 – $145,000 per year

We are looking for an experienced PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant with strong expertise in PeopleSoft Financials to support enterprise-level finance applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing PeopleSoft Financial modules while working closely with business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide functional support as a subject matter expert for PeopleSoft Financials.

  • Analyze business requirements and recommend effective PeopleSoft solutions.

  • Conduct functional workshops, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), and testing activities.

  • Prepare and review functional design documents and test cases.

  • Troubleshoot application issues and provide production support.

  • Support application configurations, integrations, and overall system landscape.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Required Skills
  • 13–18 years of experience as a PeopleSoft Techno Functional Consultant.

  • Strong hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Financials & Supply Chain Management (FSCM).

  • Expertise in:

    • General Ledger (GL)

    • Accounts Payable (AP)

    • Accounts Receivable (AR)

    • Projects (PC)

    • Billing (BI)

    • Asset Management (AM)

  • Experience with Financial Consolidation, Eliminations, and Allocations.

  • Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft nVision reporting and troubleshooting.

  • Strong knowledge of PS Query, Tree Manager, and PeopleSoft Security.

  • Experience with application setup, configuration, integrations, and production support.

  • Working knowledge of PeopleCode, Application Designer, Oracle Database, and WebLogic is preferred.

  • Willingness to provide on-call and production support when required.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
