Job description

Position: Construction Site Administrator Location: Fort Lupton, CO (100% Onsite) Duration: 12-Month Contract (Strong potential to extend through the end of 2028) Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00/hr. System One is looking for a Construction Site Administrator to support the construction of a new facility located in Fort Lupton, CO. This individual will serve as the administrative hub for the job site trailer, providing essential support to project personnel, contractors, and visitors while ensuring daily site operations run efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment and wants to be part of a long-term, high-profile infrastructure project. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the on-site construction trailer.
  • Attend the daily Plan of the Day meeting at 7:00 AM, record meeting minutes, and distribute notes.
  • Provide administrative support to project managers, field personnel, and other site staff.
  • Order office supplies, coordinate catering, and maintain inventory for the site office.
  • Schedule and support meetings by preparing materials, taking notes, and following up on action items.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, vendors, and contractors arriving at the site.
  • Coordinate with both on-site and remote team members to ensure project needs are met.
  • Maintain organized project documentation and administrative records.
  • Assist with expense reporting and other administrative functions as needed.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of administrative experience (5+ years preferred).
  • Previous experience supporting construction projects or working in a construction trailer environment is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency with: Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, OneNote, Adobe Acrobat Pro and/or Bluebeam
  • Experience with SAP is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with expense reporting systems such as SumTotal or similar software is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to work independently.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Occasional local travel may be required to pick up office supplies, catering, or other project-related items. Business mileage will be reimbursed, and fleet vehicles may be available for use.
  • Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Willingness to take initiative and learn new processes.
