Job description

Job Requirements

The Vice President of Client Solutions leads Stark Tech's enterprise Client Solutions organization and is responsible for driving growth in complex, integrated construction projects. This executive leads geographically assigned Client Solutions and Energy Solutions sales professionals while personally leading strategic pursuits as a player/coach. The role partners with branch leadership to expand existing customer relationships, develop national accounts, and establish repeatable enterprise sales processes.

This is a remote/WFH position with occasional travel to our office located at: 2100 Wehrle Drive, Buffalo NY, 14221.

Compensation

The expected pay range for this position is $160,773-$229,676 annually, depending on experience, qualifications, and geographic location.

Stark Tech reasonably expects to pay within this range at the time of hire. Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.


Work Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, and/or other industry-related field experience required. MBA
  • Fifteen (15) years of progressive sales leadership experience, including executive leadership responsibility required.
  • Demonstrated success leading solution-based sales organizations supporting complex construction, building technologies, or related industries.
  • Experience developing enterprise sales strategies, managing national or enterprise accounts, and leading complex customer pursuits.
  • Proven ability to build executive-level customer relationships and lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite required.
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, sales forecasting, and pipeline management systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling within commercial construction, integrated building technologies, HVAC, controls, energy services, electrical systems, or related industries.
  • Experience supporting Commercial Real Estate, Property Management, Commercial Construction, Construction Management, Real Estate Development, Manufacturing, Industrial, Healthcare, Higher Education, Government, or other MUSH market segments preferred.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise sales strategy, contract negotiations, business development, and executive relationship management.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screenings.
  • Valid driver's license.
