Job description

Lillibridge, the property management and leasing subsidiary of Ventas, manages more than 22 million square feet of outpatient medical space and research properties across 35 states. As a long-standing partner to leading healthcare providers, Lillibridge delivers and maintains high-quality environments for health systems, physicians, and medical service groups nationwide - ensuring every building supports safe, efficient, and exceptional care.

About the Role

The Project Manager is responsible for managing construction projects from inception through closeโ€out, ensuring timely delivery, cost effectiveness, and highโ€quality execution. Serving as the primary liaison among Lillibridge leadership, tenants, consultants, and general contractors, this role is critical in driving stakeholder satisfaction and project success. The Project Manager oversees daily project activities, ensures compliance with design and construction standards, and maintains strong communication throughout all project phases.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Lillibridge, architectural/engineering partners, and general contractors throughout project execution.
  • Lead Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings, document outcomes, and maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders.

  • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and ensure accurate and timely responses to RFIs.
  • Ensure proper documentation and project records, including asโ€builts, closeโ€out materials, warranties, and photographic updates.
  • Conduct site inspections, punchlist walkthroughs, warranty reviews, and verify conformance with contract documents.

  • 5+ years of experience in construction management, ideally within healthcare, commercial real estate, or tenant improvement projects.
  • Proficient in MS Office and project management software; familiarity with construction documentation and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to make jobsite visits, climb ladders, and walk large sites as required.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to collaborate across internal teams, contractors, and tenants.

  • Strong understanding of construction terminology, means, and methods, including inspection, budgeting, cost tracking, and closeโ€out processes.
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, including multi-day trips across multiple cities.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without need for employer sponsorship now or in the future

The estimated base salary range for this position is $100,000 โ€“ $135,000 per year. This range reflects a goodโ€faith estimate of the base salary Ventas reasonably expects to pay at the time of posting. Actual base pay will be determined based on work location, skills, qualifications, relevant experience, and business needs.

In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement savings, paid time off, and other wellness benefits under applicable plan terms.
