Tillman FiberCo is building a network with future-forward technologies, systems and network architecture that will be ultimately capable of delivering 40Gbps+ to customers. Tillman FiberCo is a portfolio company of Tillman Global Holdings, a holding company focused on building premier digital infrastructure businesses globally. We have an incredible opportunity for an MDU OSP Coordinator in Miami area.


Responsibilities:

  • Use and apply understanding of all MDU/MTU materials and components available to meet build demands.
  • Provide an ongoing collaboration between the Engineering Vendor and Construction Vendor to build teamwork.
  • Handoff approved PAL package to MDU Engineering Vendor
  • Coordinate Site Survey Dates for Engineering Vendor and communicate to property owner.
  • Attend Site Survey meetings with both Engineering and Construction vendor so everyone stays on the same page.
  • Review and approve High Level Design (HLD) from Engineering Vendor.
  • Review and accept Low Level Design (LLD) from Engineering Vendor
  • Coordinate Construction Start Dates for OSP and ISP Vendor and communicate to property owner.
  • Review all phases of workflow in SiteTracker to ensure critical dates are met.
  • Identify opportunities to use the most cost-effective materials and design techniques available.
  • Make recommendations for material inventories vs. job specific needs.
  • Educate and excite customers while leveraging innovative business solutions.
  • Ensure a positive customer service process by overseeing all phases of the ISP build.
  • Act as Single Point of Contact for all property owner-initiated complaints.
  • Work directly with sales teams to help answer any questions prior to property owner access approval.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

  • Experience in all aspects of MDU and MTU fiber builds.
  • 2+ years' experience in construction of the ISP for MDUs and MTUs (at least a year)
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned geographic area.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successful completion of Motor Vehicle Record check.
