Job description

Skillforce is currently hiring reliable and motivated skilled construction laborers for on-going commercial projects in Scottsdale, AZ. As a skilled construction laborer you will be responsible for a range of construction tasks to ensure that projects run smoothly and efficiently. Qualifications: you must be authorized to work in the US and meet eligibility requirements for access to secure facilities and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
Pay & Schedule:
  • Pay is $30 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6 A.M.-4 P.M.
  • Weekly pay via direct deposit

Construction Laborer Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup and teardown of construction sites
  • Handle and transport materials and equipment
  • Perform general cleanup and site maintenance to keep the work area organized
  • Support skilled tradespeople as needed across various tasks
  • Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Assist with tasks such as digging, mixing, and carrying materials

Construction Laborer Qualifications: 

  • 2+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • Valid driver’s license and your own reliable transportation
  • Able to pass a background check and drug screen
  • Your own PPE and tools
