We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to provide world-class accounting and finance support to high-growth venture-backed companies. You'll be a hands-on partner to CEOs and leadership team members at dynamic software and services companies.

About this role: This role will support Topo's team members in delivering high quality accounting and finance support to Topo's customers. In this role, we're looking for a high agency person with a strong understanding of the financial statements and an interest in startups. This role will become increasingly strategic as the individual grows within Topo.

What You'll Do:
  • Act as a thought partner to company leaders and assist them in making strategic decisions that will help their companies find product-market-fit and accelerate growth
  • Own and update portfolio company financial models and budgets
  • Work with CEOs to determine key metrics and levers to influence change
  • Plan for and execute fundraising objectives
  • Communicate key updates to company board members
  • Oversee accounting functions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Manage monthly close process, analysis and reporting
  • Analyze & monitor cash flow and expense management
