๐Ÿ“ Location: Fort Myers, FL preferred

Tampa or a flexible remote-start situation may be considered for the right person.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Compensation: $120Kโ€“$150K base DOE

Plus bonus potential and a strong ESOP program. Full-time employees have historically received approximately 17%โ€“23% of salary into the ESOP annually, fully vested after 5 years.


Our client is looking for a Transportation Project Manager to help lead and grow their transportation presence in Florida.


This is not just a โ€œmanage existing projectsโ€ type of role. This is a ground-floor opportunity for someone who wants to help build something, create standards, support business development, grow a team, and play a key role in expanding a transportation practice in the Florida market.
