We are looking to hire an Account Director based in Houston, TX with demonstrated experience in Energy. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience successfully selling C-Suite business value through technology. This will be a combination of handling inbound leads with the excitement of pure, new business development, aka hunting.

  • Qualify prospects by understanding the specific needs in complex R&D and Product Development projects
  • Generate pipeline by proactively sourcing opportunities within the designated territory or vertical
  • Collaborate with business & IT leaders and subject matter experts at Fortune 1000 customers to identify and frame compelling use cases
  • Prepare value-based presentations and Investment Justification analyses
  • Build consensus among key stakeholders to advance deals; manage objections to close enterprise deals
  • Iterate on current sales process and share learnings with the team
  • Collaborate with high-performing teams including data scientists, solutions engineers, application engineers, and product managers in the delivery of NobleAI solutions
  • Convert firsthand customer and market experience into impactful input to our product direction and strategy
  • Travel to customer sites and attend industry events (approximately 50% average)
