• Conduct initial and ongoing mental health assessments for clients via telehealth to identify symptoms and treatment needs.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Monitor clients' progress and adapt treatment approaches based on their evolving needs.
• Engage in regular communication with clients to provide support, encouragement, and assessment of therapeutic outcomes.
• Collaborate with medical providers and members of the care team to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies.

This role primarily supports adult clients grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, substance use disorders, and the challenges presented by comorbid chronic conditions. Your role will directly impact their quality of life by facilitating access to behavioral health services and providing the therapeutic interventions necessary for their recovery journeys.

• A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a closely related field is required.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling setting is essential.
• A valid state license to practice independently, such as LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD, or equivalent credentials.
• Strong understanding of mental health laws and ethical guidelines.
• Excellent communication abilities, emphasizing empathy and rapport-building with clients.
• Competency in utilizing telehealth technologies and maintaining a secure virtual environment for patient interactions.

• Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural competency in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with multi-session yet brief therapeutic models.
• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation.
