Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 based on experience

Position Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Concrete Cutting Operator with 3+ years of concrete cutting experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with cutting-edge equipment and a strong understanding of safety standards. This role requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, and ready to take on complex projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform concrete cutting, coring, demolition, and removal using specialized equipment.
  • Lead tasks and work collaboratively with team members to meet deadlines and project requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Effectively communicate with supervisors and team members to meet expectations.
  • Travel to various job sites as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Concrete Cutting Operator or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in operating concrete cutting equipment, including saws, drills, wire saws, and wall saws.
  • Clean driving record and valid drivers license.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain DOT MEC.
  • Willingness to travel out of town for various projects.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
