PostedPM, a division of Posted Companies is seeking an experienced Working Foreman to lead commercial construction, refresh, and remodel projects throughout the United States. This is a hands-on field leadership role where you will be work alongside your crew while overseeing the installation of plans and specified materials on commercial project sites.

What You’ll Do


Lead Field Operations

  • Lead crews on commercial construction, remodel, and installation projects
  • Coordinate daily activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to Company quality standards
  • Serve as the primary on-site leader and communicate project progress with Project Managers and the COO.
  • Manage on-site materials, tools, equipment, and workflow


Perform Hands on Trade Work

  • Work alongside your crew performing commercial interior installations, including wall finishes, flooring, furnishings, signage, and related construction tasks.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and installation specifications
  • Complete site surveys and identify field conditions that may impact project execution.

Train & Develop Employees

  • Train, coach, and mentor new and existing field employees
  • Demonstrate proper installation techniques, safety practices, and Company quality standards
  • Support employee development through hands-on training and job shadowing


Maintain Safety & Quality

  • Follow all OSHA regulations and Company Safety Policies
  • Ensure crews properly use PPE and maintain safe work practices.
  • Report safety concerns, incidents, or project issues promptly
  • Complete daily reports and project documentation accurately and on time

Required Qualifications

  • Ability to successfully obtain OSHA 30 and Procore Certified Superintendent Certifications (Company Sponsored)
  • Experience in commercial construction, remodeling, interior installations, or a related skilled trade
  • Prior experience leading field crews as a Foreman, Crew Leader, of a similar role.
  • Ability to read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and installation specifications
  • Experience completing field reports, project documentation, and training or mentoring employees
  • Valid state driver’s license (subject to continuous review), minimum age 25 (insurance requirement), ability to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
  • Willingness to travel overnight nationwide with overnight travel for up to two consecutive weeks at a time
  • Experience towing trailers up to 15,000 lbs.
  • Ability to safely perform the physical demands of the position, including lift up to 75 lbs. repeatedly, working at heights, climbing ladders (must weigh under 275 lbs.), working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to assist with tasks beyond commercial project management as needed
