• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including intake evaluations to identify patient needs and treatment goals.
• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to encourage healing and personal growth.
• Develop tailored service plans that outline treatment strategies and objectives, revisiting and modifying them as necessary to ensure effective progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with Federal, State, and Center guidelines, ensuring a seamless flow of information for all involved parties.
• Prepare written reports for court, schools, or community agencies when required, advocating for your patients as needed.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, attending physicians, and external psychiatric care providers to coordinate treatment for patients requiring hospitalization or additional support.
• Engage with civic assistance programs to help facilitate access to necessary mental health resources for patients.

Our outpatient counseling services cater to a diverse range of individuals, including those experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. You will work closely with clients from various backgrounds, ages, and experiences, offering you the opportunity to make a substantial impact on their mental health journey. • A current and valid LMHC license issued by the state of Florida, demonstrating your capability to provide clinical therapy.
• At least three years of experience in mental health counseling or a related field, showcasing your expertise in various therapeutic techniques.
• Proficient understanding of legal guidelines related to psychiatric admissions, ensuring adherence to ethical and regulatory standards.
• Adept at both independent work and collaborative engagement within a team, highlighting your versatility as a mental health professional.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients, families, and other care providers.
• Robust computer literacy and familiarity with electronic health record systems to ensure effective documentation and client tracking.

• Experience working with diverse populations and various mental health disorders.
• Training in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care.
• Experience in writing clinical reports for external agencies and legal entities.
