Description

The Remote Account Resolution Representative contacts customers to assist them in fulfilling their financial obligations. ย Through outbound and inbound call efforts, the Representative assists customers in settling account balances and setting up payment arrangements for account resolution. ย No experience in collections is required - Annuity Health will train on our state-of-the-art software system, applicable laws related to collection activities, provide innovative ideas and techniques, and teach proper negotiation and dispute resolution skills necessary to be successful in the position. ย Annuity Health offers a competitive starting salary and benefits.



Duties/Responsibilities


ย Maintain a professional tone and respectful demeanor during all patient or authorized party communications by delivering ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย ย exceptional "patient focused-patient service" at all times.

ย Strictly adhere to the Company's Compliance guidelines and expectations, to include Local, State, and Federal requirements.

ย Comply with the Company's call structure expectations including but not limited to, proper collection steps and techniques.

ย Achieve all assigned goals.

ย Properly identify individual account situations, and provide appropriate resolution.

ย Correctly status accounts and update applicable windows/fields within those accounts for potential follow-up.

ย Provide relevant information by accurately utilizing all available tools/resources to assist in account resolution.

ย Keep route maintenance backlog at an acceptable level.

ย Recognize pressing issues and escalate to management as they occur.

ย Work well with team members/management and not contribute to unproductive group conflict or negativity.

ย Represent the Company in a positive manner through professional conduct, attitude, and appearance.

ย Follow Company confidentiality and security policies and procedures.

ย Understand and comply with company policies and procedures.

ย Other duties as assigned by management.
