As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to understand clients' unique mental health needs and formulating personalized treatment plans based on established best practices.
• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to address a wide range of emotional and behavioral concerns.
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation and records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring timely communication with both clients and stakeholders.
• Collaborating closely with a diverse interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and educational specialists, to coordinate patient care and support.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance our service delivery and clinical effectiveness.

In this role, you will primarily focus on children, adolescents, and their families within the school system. Our clinic addresses a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, and trauma-related challenges. Understanding the unique dynamics of school settings is crucial, as you will empower students to overcome obstacles that interfere with their academic and social development.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• A valid license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
• A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a clinical setting with a strong emphasis on providing psychotherapy services.
• Proficiency in solution-based therapy interventions and techniques.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and their families.
