This role is 100% remote!
The individual selected will be instrumental in helping us continue to deliver excellence to our base of marquee Fortune 500 accounts. You will be joining a family of other SMEs who have also specialized within this sector.
You will also interact closely with our iTalent Practice Directors, who will partner with you and provide ongoing coaching and mentoring.
As a Business Systems Analyst on the Technology Operations Engineering team, you'll interact with all organizational levels, focusing on. You'll support the execution of the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of top-tier Tech Ops Engineering solutions. Your role is crucial in providing next-gen Applications and Systems solutions across multiple domains. You'll drive legacy system evolution by assessing tools, refining processes, and pinpointing product improvement opportunities to meet enterprise user needs. In addition to designing, delivering, and maintaining superior business systems solutions, you'll participate in multiple projects throughout the development cycle, apply project management methodologies, develop business area expertise, and contribute to multiple technology projects and initiatives.
