Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, build, and optimization of Epic Referrals, Care Coordination, and related modules to advance organizational valuebased care strategies
  • Analyze referral workflows and data to improve network steerage, reduce unnecessary specialty utilization, and support caregap closure across populations
  • Develop and maintain complex workqueues, routing logic, decision support, and automation that ensure accurate authorization, documentation integrity, and timely patient access
  • Partner with clinical, operational, revenue cycle, and population health leaders to translate strategic goals into scalable Epic solutions and standardized processes
  • Serve as the technical escalation point for referralrelated issues, conducting rootcause analysis and implementing sustainable system improvements that protect sharedsavings opportunities

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of extensive handson experience as an Epic Systems Analyst with certification in Epic Referrals, Cadence, Care Coordination, or closely related modules
  • 2 years of proven experience designing, building, and optimizing complex Epic workflows, workqueues, rules, and decision support tools
  • 2 years of experience in understanding valuebased care models, payer authorization requirements, and referralrelated revenue cycle impacts
  • 2 years of experience in demonstrated ability to interpret referral analytics, identify operational inefficiencies, and implement datadriven improvements

Soft Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
