• Conduct therapeutic one-on-one video sessions with clients, utilizing telehealth technology, to address mental health issues and promote positive outcomes.
• Facilitate open discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions, thoughts, and experiences, enabling them to gain deeper self-awareness.
• Act as a trusted advocate for clients, aiding them in articulating their personal goals and any challenges they face.
• Perform comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health statuses and develop individualized treatment plans that are tailored to their unique situations.
• Utilize a solution-focused approach in therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies to guide clients in overcoming their difficulties.

The clients you will serve primarily consist of stable adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. These may include anxiety, depression, stress, and adjustment disorders. Your role as a therapist will focus on fostering resilience and helping clients acquire practical skills to improve their mental well-being. Building a solid therapeutic alliance with clients is essential to facilitating effective treatment and ensuring they feel heard and understood.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy and familiarity with telehealth platforms to ensure seamless client interactions.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth or outpatient setting.
• Experience conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans for diverse clients.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
