This position is designed for a remote work setting, allowing for flexibility in service delivery while maintaining a focus on patient outcomes. • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment and discharge plans based on detailed psychosocial assessments, ensuring each patient's unique needs are addressed.
• Conduct thorough assessments and implement effective interventions tailored to individual patient needs; maintain detailed and accurate clinical records, including progress notes, in accordance with departmental standards.
• Provide counseling and crisis intervention, equipping patients with coping strategies and support for their emotional and behavioral challenges.
• Engage with patients' families and support systems to facilitate understanding and collaboration regarding treatment goals and discharge planning, promoting sustainable recovery.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes.

This position focuses on individuals undergoing detoxification, often experiencing co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders. You will be instrumental in providing emotional support and practical resources, allowing them to navigate through this critical transitional phase and establish a foundation for recovery.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
• Active and current license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Oregon.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience, preferably in settings related to substance use and mental health.
• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with electronic medical records, MS Office Suite, and digital communication systems.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced, remote environment with shifting priorities.

Experience in a detox or substance abuse treatment facility is highly preferred. Familiarity with evidenced-based practices in social work, as well as experience in crisis management and family counseling, will enhance your ability to contribute effectively to our team.

The role offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, our comprehensive benefits package includes:
