Responsibilities

  • Manage equipment and coordinate system turnover
  • Support technical closeout of complex projects
  • Engage in field exposure and structured, systems-driven coordination work
  • Collaborate across field teams, vendors, and clients to ensure project success

  • Background in electrical, mechanical, or building systems engineering (degree preferred but flexible depending on experience)
  • Hands-on exposure to commissioning or system startup, submittals, RFIs, and drawing/spec reviews
  • Experience with equipment tracking, turnover, or project closeout
  • Familiarity with building systems (HVAC, electrical, low voltage, controls)
  • Knowledge of ASHRAE standards is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience with data centers or mission-critical environments
  • Exposure to low voltage systems, fiber, security, BMS, or networking
  • Comfortable managing equipment lists (MEL), O&M manuals, and training coordination
  • Familiarity with CMMS/asset management systems
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills
