Ready to lead our next generation Customer Master Platform for Trimble?

Are you a technical leader ready to define the future of customer data at a global scale? Trimble is looking for a visionary leader to lead the design and execution of our modern MDM ecosystem - powering trusted customer identity, clean golden records, and scalable integrations that connect our most critical systems.

About Us

Trimble is a global technology company that connects the physical and digital worlds, transforming the ways work gets done. With relentless innovation in precise positioning, modeling and data analytics, Trimble enables essential industries including construction, geospatial and transportation. About the Role

Trimble is building a unified Customer & Account Master platform to power a true Customer 360 view of our customers.

The Manager, Customer Master Platform leads the design, build, and operation of Trimble's Customer Identity Engine - the enterprise platform responsible for creating and maintaining a trusted, unified customer identity across all systems.

This is a technical, platform-focused leadership role accountable for the architecture, execution, and continuous evolution of our master data capabilities. This role partners closely with Trimble's Data Management Office (TDMO), which defines enterprise data standards, policies, and stewardship models.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:

Platform & Technical Leadership

  • Configure and optimize match, merge, and survivorship logic.

  • Maintain entity resolution frameworks (deterministic and probabilistic matching).

  • Ensure scalable architecture to support global growth and increasing data volumes.

  • Lead configuration and implementation of enterprise MDM tooling (e.g., Tamr, Informatica, Reltio, Semarchy, SAP MDG, or similar).

  • Ensure high availability, performance, and system reliability.

  • Architect and manage integration between Customer Master and enterprise systems both upstream and downstream (CRM, ERP, Data Warehouse, IAM, etc.,)

  • Design API-first and event-driven integration patterns.

  • Own the end-to-end technical delivery of the Customer Master platform.

Delivery & Team Leadership

  • Lead and grow a cross-functional team including architects, platform and data engineers

  • Plan and execute incremental delivery using agile practices.

  • Translate ambiguous business use cases into prioritized technical backlogs.

  • Manage external implementation partners and vendors while retaining internal ownership.

  • Establish development standards, CI/CD practices, and operational readiness.

  • Establish environment management (Dev/Test/Prod) and release processes.

Alignment and Business Collaboration

The role works in close partnership with TDMO (Trimble's Data Management Office) and other business stakeholders

  • TDMO defines enterprise data standards, policies, stewardship models, and critical data elements.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

  • 7+ years of experience in building out enterprise systems, data platforms, and master data initiatives, from a hands-on prospective
