This position is fully remote, giving you the flexibility to manage your working environment while maintaining a quality work-life balance. The role is designed to accommodate your preferred working hours, with typical operational hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. As an LPCC at Heart Harmony, you will have access to a wide range of online tools and resources that facilitate effective virtual client engagement and therapy delivery.

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans that address the specific needs of each client.
• Utilize a diverse set of therapeutic techniques including audio/video sessions, journaling, worksheets, and goal-setting tools to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress notes using our secure electronic health record (EHR) system.
• Engage in continuous learning and professional development to keep abreast of best practices in mental health treatment and telehealth methods.
• Participate in collaborative case consultations and stay connected with a community of over 10,000 mental health professionals for shared knowledge and support.

You will primarily work with adults and adolescents who present with low to moderate acuity mental health concerns. The clients you serve may include those navigating life's challenges such as depression, anxiety, ADHD, OCD, and grief, as well as individuals seeking to develop coping strategies and improve their overall mental well-being. Your expertise will guide these individuals towards recovery and a healthier mindset.

• Master’s degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• Current, independent LPCC license with no disciplinary history.
• Stable internet connection to facilitate remote sessions effectively.
• Access to a reliable working phone and computer for client communication and documentation.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a counseling role.
• Prior experience using telehealth platforms or virtual counseling tools is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities for anxiety, depression, and other common mental health issues.
