The work setting is fully remote, enabling you to create a personal and productive workspace. You will utilize our state-of-the-art telehealth platform, designed to facilitate a variety of communication methods with clients, including video and audio sessions, online journals, and clinical worksheets. The center primarily focuses on stable, low-acuity adults, promoting an environment where clients can receive the support they need in a comfortable setting.

• Conduct thorough assessments and personalized treatment planning for clients with conditions such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, and grief counseling.
• Utilize our online platform to engage with clients through various digital means, ensuring that you provide tailored therapeutic interventions based on individual needs.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, documenting progress and adjustments to treatment as required.
• Participate in regular peer consultation and supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and share insights within our community of over 10,000 therapists.
• Adhere to all ethical and legal standards in the mental health field, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.

As an LPCC at Renewed Minds, you will work exclusively with a clientele that includes stable, low-acuity adults. This population typically experiences issues such as mild to moderate anxiety, depression, and adaptive challenges, and does not include children or individuals with severe mental health concerns. Your focus on this demographic will allow you to apply your specialized skills effectively in a supportive and encouraging environment.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field.
• A full, independent LPCC license with no disciplinary actions.
• Reliable internet connection and a functional computer or laptop for client engagement (tablets are not permitted).

• Prior telehealth or remote counseling experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
• Experience working with an adult population, particularly in teletherapy formats.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic approaches and tools related to online mental health services.

• Competitive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, based on experience and caseload.
